Nice review. It really gets your kids outside. Bought mine at http://www.swinxonline.com

Bought a swinxs and it didn’t work, (common charging fault.) There is no customer support outside of the Netherlands! Such a shame as it’s a great concept. I'm afraid I’d have to recommend people avoid unless their region is supported.

The fault is usually very easy to fix. It' is caused by the fact that they shipped them with cheap rechargable battery packs. If these packs fail then the thing doesnt work even if you power it from the charger. The fix is just to remove the bottom of the unit (three screws under the rubber feet) and then replace the battery which is stored in the base that you remove. You will need to cut the wires to the battery pack. Replacement (3 x AA Ni-Mh)) packs are available on ebay for less then a fiver. Hope this helps someone to fix their Swinxs - it is a fabulous toy!
