I just want to say that i really recommend it as i am a former martial artist and if I had that during training i would be in tech heaven as that would improve my game

i think the slam man is brilliant its like playing a game while getting fit, but i just have a couple of issues can anyone help me . firstly i,ve filled the bottom half with sand but slam man still ends up at the back of my room after 3 mins of punching, i was wondering if i could put water in the hole at the top , it doesn,t say anything in the manual about the hole at the top. also my slam man doesn,t actualy score punches it just counts the number of times the lights light up , is it faulty. please reply yours confusingly john driscoll. ps i,m not complaining i still think slam man is brill

water iproves the weight of sand alone three times so 3/4 fill sand top up with water it wont go anywhere
