The basics

The Power Plate provides body vibration to stimulate muscles and reduce fats. It carries the principle of Acceleration Training where it takes the body's response to vibration. The vibrations transmit energy to different muscle groups in the body in several times per second. This has reducing and fitness effect in just 15 minutes, 3 times per week.
