For anyone who has this tablet, how realistic would you say it is for drawing on? thinking of getting one..

Ive heard that the Bamboo Fun Medium Graphics Tablet is better[ larger and more sensative] but i cant find a site the compares them both.. GADGET SHOW; please do a top 5 graphics tablets as looking at the date of this it seems a bit out of date..
