This is a GREAT machine .... BUT ..... after DSO the EPG buffer of the 9200 (and the 9150/9300 models too) became overloaded resulting in erratic running, lock-ups and huge owner frustration ... just read the user forums to see the scale of pain and grief out there. Humax have been exceptionally tardy in addressing this 'issue' (we don't have 'problems' any more remember!) and have not transmitted any OTA Firmware updates since December 24th 2007. Rumour has it that a Beta version of the firmware is due 'soon' for OTA updating, but knowing Humax's track record on Customer Care and wanting to actually use my machine, I pursued a different route to a solution. The updated beta software is on the web and will make the 9200T whole and perfect again, oddly it is not on Humax site. It's not too tricky, I've fixed mine and it works a treat. I've pulled it all together into this non-techno-nerd site which I hope someone finds helpful. Please see http://tinyurl.com/3yaxflm
