i am with virginmedia and done the test on 20mg wireless and got 17.5mg when i plug it in to the modem got the full 20mg .well done virgin. also test the 50mg and got 50 mg and wireless i got 42mg which is really good as you cant do speed test wireless and get full speed. i think the team should high like this as a lot of people would like the full speed at wireless and it is not likey that you would every get this. so in a nut shell if you want full speed plug you pc in the modem.

www.updn.co.uk speed test pulled after a complaint by Virgin Media. Why shouldn't they allow a speed test using their own servers if its accurate? Generally their speeds are pretty good. What do they have something to hide?
