@marie and Al after some tedious searching, i found it. It is listed as "soml" hence why google's bugs cant find it under "soundtrack of my life". anyway, here is a link. hope this helps http://randrworld.com/soml.php

I eventually found site too and decided to create an album for my friend, but realised the songs were only 40 sec long and you can only keep for a limited period, 12 jan 2012 was on my order. I cancelled order, not quite what I expected, not as good site as first appeared.

Shame really, had the same problems finding the site & hoped you'd be able to order a CD too. I know everything is online & in the cloud now but my other half would have loved a CD with every no.1 on for her birthday.

I thought it looked a good idea. Having eventually tracked down the site, it appears you have to then use Paypal to sign up to a "Pre-approved payment" which to my understanding is a subscription. I contacted R&R customer service to ask how I just pay £3.99 rather than sign up for a subscription and they haven't responded, so this is a Christmas present I won't be buying. Shame.

I have just ordered Soundtrack of My Life for my Dad, as it is his Birthday tomorrow. The site was a bit complicated, but for the £3.99 you do not get the 40 seconds, you get the full songs. The 40 seconds is only the demo. Basically, you have to sign up to the site, I Love Music/R and R World AND you have to give your own date of birth on the Soundtrack Of My Life page, under the Music Gift tab, to then be able to pick the option to buy for a friend. It is here where you put your Friend's details, and the link to the webpage gets emailed to them. It is there for them to access and play, but only online, a bit like music steaming. For £3.99 I think it is a good stocking filler, although online :) I had to pay by Paypal, and I get what an earlier poster put, but I think you have to agree to Paypal being assigned to your account, so that you can just click to pay in future and not to have to link your Paypal account each time.
