The cap is not secure enough. Mine fell off and was lost in the first hour. Jawbone support is terrible and have been waiting for a new one for 3 weeks.
Yes I have an Icon the ear fitting even with the over are bar is very poor, I have complaints about clarity from other people too, and I am still trying to work out if it is my phone or the Jawbone. I have a £19 device from a recognised high st retailer, that works much better
