Yup, consumer tech is dead to the gadget show, its now about having expensive and fun things to do for the presenters. I miss the old farmat, lots of fun and several world records, but most of all lots of great consumer tech advice

Agree with the previous comments that Gadget Show is loosing focus on the consumer tech that is generally within reach of most of the viewers. Gadget Show looks to be taking more of a tomorrow's world approach to tech which is not in the reach of most of us. I've been a fan since series 1 and attended GSL for the last 4 years but the show unfortunately changed to the point that it isn't of interest anymore. I'd love a return to the consumer tech format with expert opinions and reviews from Jon, Otis and Suzi !

I agree with the previous comments we need the gadget 5 back on our screens!!!!!! I was dismayed when I contacted suzi perry via twitter to find out when the new show was on only to find they had all been axed my heart went out to them all. What a way to go the gadget show treating valued talent as yesterday's tech even old tech gets a new lease of life some where BRING BACK THE GADGET 5

Sorry Jason and Polly but the new format show just doesn't interest me, nor does the glorified trade show format of gadget show live, ditching three great presenters and going all out non consumer tech has ruined one of my favourite shows.

I watched the first episode of the last series and did not like it at all with just Jason and Polly. I did not watch the remaining episodes. When I found that another new series was in the works, I loaded up this page and my heart sank. Yet again another Jason & Polly series of which I will give it a miss. C5, LISTEN to your viewers, this new format DOES NOT WORK. Please revert to the Gadget Show we all know and love featuring consumer tech and with all 5 presenters.

I used to love the Gadget show, but not anymore , only watched one episode of the last series because it only had Jason and Polly .. bring back the old format and bring back Jon, Otis and Suzi !

I have to agree with everyone. This new format is very poor. I tried watching last series but it bored the pants off me. It used to show consumer tech. Im not really interested in prototype robots in Japan!! I like Jason and Polly but I miss the Otis, Suzi and John. CHANNEL 5 ARE YOU LISTENING???

Bring back the reviewing of stuff I can afford. Why they changed the format I have no idea on. So was it just that only Polly and Jason where in that one clip, or have the others gone. If they are gone, I'm gone as the carp showing me what I can't use myself doesn't appeal. well done producers and directors. you took a very successful consumer review show and turned it into garbage, only for future lookers and super rich. You are a disgrace and feel free to watch the gadget show now fail.

Channel 5 is clearly not listening! People want the old format back. I'm sure two presenters is cheaper but you're loosing viewers and soon you will loose advertisers. I think Polly is good and I've been a huge fan of Jason's enthusiastic tech coverage for years but this format just doesn't work. Please listen to your viewers! Also how about using something like disqus.com for feedback so people don't need to register with your bespoke system to comment?

I Don't really agree with the other comments on here, sure the old format was good with consumer tech reviews, but they were usually reviews that tested expensive vs non expensive and most of the time the higher end product won, you could usually tell which was going to come out on top before any testing took place! there needed to be more insight. The new format breathes life in the gadget show brand, it takes it out of the dated studio based format with reviews which can easily be found elsewhere and in greater detail (online) and instead focuses more on entertainment and future tech which is insightful and different. Also 5 presenters! for a half hour show?? this could never last! The show now at last seems to have a direction, even if people don't like the change its here, its new and its entertaining.

Still same old rubbish judging by the trailer I will not be watching as CH.5 have ruined a good show they don't listen to the public and will be slated look at the viewing figures from last time bring back the team I wish another channel would bring back a tech show that shows reviews of today's tech that we can afford and talking to the camera and not the person behind the camera very very poor Im sorry I not a fan of Pollyanna`s presenting silks very poor and Jason well he gone down in my book in my onion he let most of his fans down

I hope they are going to show clips from The Gadget Show Exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham April 2012! I have watched every episode since it started, few boring bits, but the rest has been great! I must confess though, it would be even better if Jon, Otis and Suzi were brought back. BRING BACK THE GADGET 5!

The gadget show has lost its way,whoever the producer is needs to be replaced. The last series was a waste of space, we the consumer the ordinary buyer, want more products testing, to know what the best product is in that category, not expensive trips abroad testing products that we will never buy. Do the producers think all we want is busty eye candy, and a guy hooping and hollering like a ten year old kid, bring back some serious presenters please.

As mentioned last time, it's poor, boring and pointless. Channel 5 need to listen to their customers, and bring back the old format ! The only way they will listen, is if we boycotted their 'Gadget Show Live' events. Hmmmm now there's an idea !

Last series was poor. Should have kept the other 3 presenters. If you were going to ditch anyone it should have been the 2 you kept. Bring back proper reviews, bring back the other 3 (feel free to get rid of Jason and Polly). Hoping the new series is an utter flop, then maybe you'll listen?

Only just logged on here, not had time to read stuff yet but........ What's all this about changing the format and having only two presenters? Are CH5 out of their minds????? This flagship (once flagship) CH5 tech show is going to go the same way as CH4 flagship Archie programme 'Time Team' it won't be on our screens for much longer once the viewing figures hit the deck :o( why, oh why, change a successful format? Who put the idiots in charge who've changed it? Beggars belief, it really does.

I do agree with most people here, real world tech reviews and competitive team spirit between the 5 made for a really good show. I do hope that this format will be restored in the future, or at least a balance between the new and old formats. This would make a great future series.

Can't believe how bad this is; I actually found it torture to watch, the old format was 100% better; a good show ruined. The constant confused music is so off putting; I like Jason and polly but this format is one big epic fail!!! A real shame used look forward and trust this shows advice. Bring back the old format I for one won't be tuning in till you do.

Always record the show as you can forward through intros and what is come after the break, the adverts and the two presenters screaming. Takes just half an hour to watch, shame it has gone the way it has. Is this the end of the road.

Sadly a good show ruined, no doubt channel 5 have employed some new exec trying to make a name for themselves! Why do people insist on trying to fix things that aren't broken! Either get on your knees and beg the three you stupidly axed to come back or admit you've murdered a great series for no reason!!

OMG this show is so dead, it needs to return to its original format, at the moment its just expensive holidays for 2 presenters. I get the feeling they have been trying to kill this show off for a while. Thye moved it to a Friday for a while to try to kill it off. R.I.P Gadget show I suspect the live shows will die pretty quickly as well
