I am really disappointed with the latest Gadget Show; It’s become a Hi-Tec version of the 80s Goodies Show. Last Weeks episode with the Chuckle Brothers must be the low point of the series so far. I think the show has gone off at a tangent spending valuable air time with pointless challenges with a minimum amount spent with Jon Bentley’s usually interesting gadget tests. Also the Idea’s on making various odd transport vehicles would be better left to your sister programme Fifth Gear, which could free up more time for useful gizmos. The BBC Version of the Gadget Show (Click) covers more subjects in half the time and presents them in a more professional style. AM I MISSING SOMETHING? An ex viewer.
