No mention of the horrendous (and always online) maps then? I'll wait for the Nokia Lumia 920 to make up my mind...

Taking photos while recording isn't exclusive as claimed here, Six months behind HTC

In what universe is "the ability to take a still photo while shooting video" an exclusive for the iPhone5? The Apple universe? Its not and neither are the rest of the upgrades to the camera! It is most definitely the best phone from apple yet but that doesn't make it the best phone on the market. As for the earphones, this is the first review I have read that says they are worth the money. As a bundled pair they are good but as a £25 accessory they are overpriced and they don't achieve the same sound quality as competitively priced earphones. Also no mention of the awful map app?!!

Everyone knows the Gadget Show is sponsored by Apple! Just another way to brainwash the technofobes with false claims.

Gadget show - you rave about apple so much, why not make your videos actually play on ios devices. Yes, i know this particular one has a link to a youtube version, but most of them dont.

I am going to let all the sheep get their iphone 5's and I will purchase a Blackberry10 or a Windows 8 phone. Depending on which is better but I must admit that I have a feeling that BB10 is gonna bring it.

Agreed. Not really a fan of iPhone's - too repetitive. Apple make millions by adding a few extra features, like Siri. They charge a few hundred bob more for a voice feature? Despicable by my standards. For the 5, there's nothing new there.

While I am certainly no apple fan and I wondered what all the fuss was about a slightly larger screen, and a few other bits... I was passing the Apple shop the other day, popped in to have a look. I have to say, once I actually held it and used it, I was rather impressed. I really like the screen size, its nice and light and extremely quick. Still wont be buying one though, as I just dont like iOS.

Yet AGAIN, The Gadget Show shows their favouritism to Apple and their complete ignorance to what's better and been available from other manufacturers for ages. Your staff need to be re-educated (or fired). You guys are in a different world to everyone else!
