Also if you use a windows PC use an ALT-TAG in your password there are loads of them and barely any cracking or password recovery software supports them

I do not know what the software is called but there is a substitute software that I found called Password Kit which recovers passwords for you including MS Word, MS Outlook and so on even Windows Passwords. There is a free trial but you can buy it there are many types so choose carefully. The Website is: http://www.lostpassword.com/ I hope it is what you were looking for!
