For this item we (The Gadget Show) were supplied with a pre-production model of the Scroll Excel and the final for sale version will not feature the Android Marketplace. Unfortunately the Scroll Excel will not come with access to the Android Marketplace, however it does come preloaded with the SlideMe app market and there are a wide variety of other places to access Android apps across the web.
