Video game BAFTAs surprise winner
Batman scoops a surprise award
The results are in from the videogame BAFTAs on Friday evening – and the winner of Best Game was a surprise result for Batman: Arkham Asylum. The game also scooped Best Gameplay ahead of favourite Unchartered 2.
Uncharted 2, however, still managed to take an impressive four awards – Best Action, Best Audio, Best Score and Best Story. The Video Game BAFTAs, hosted by Dara O’Briain at London’s Hilton Hotel, also saw Modern Warfare 2 and Little Big Planet PSP pick up accolades, while a Special Fellowship Award was given to Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto.
