Top 5 music related games!

Last week’s Gadget Show saw the guys attempting to come up with a new theme tune for the show. You’ll get to pick the best creation! In the meantime, we’ve been thinking about the best music games. Join us after the break to see the most epic titles.

Vote for the Gadget Show’s new theme tune

Ever since we heard Jason and Suzi’s attempts at a new theme tune, we’ve been thinking about music. As fans of games, we’ve also been thinking about titles which place lots of emphasis on music – read on to see the top five.

Guitar Hero Few music games can claim to have had such a big impact as Guitar Hero, with the title proving almost universally popular among different age ranges and demographics. Even if you can’t play a guitar, it’s one game we’re sure you’ll love.

Child of Eden Although not a music title in the same sense as some of the others here, Child of Eden is definitely worth checking out on Kinect. This perfectly rendered title is a fusion of impressive colours and tunes, and one of the most unusual games on the market.

Drum Hero You’ll have every bit as much fun battering drums to death, even if you’re the most uncoordinated person ever! With some cracking songs included as part of the game, it’s definitely addictive.

Tap Tap Revenge Granted, this one’s limited to Apple iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad users only, but more than 15 million people have downloaded this impressive music app. With music from a number of major artists, it’s a must have for music lovers.

Rock Band As with the other titles here, Rock Band is also a legend in its own right. With 83 new hits from 83 unique bands, it’s well worth checking out if you’re a fan of new music.
