Tivoli Audio Model One BT Bluetooth radio is retro cool

Tivoli Audio has upped its radio range by unveiling one of its most retro-looking radios yet. The Tivoli Audio Model One BT Bluetooth radio, out later this year, is an upgraded Model version of the Model One, with Bluetooth so that listeners can now transfer music wirelessly to it. It is also dead stylish.

The Tivoli Audio Model One BT Bluetooth, which looks more like a ham radio from the 1940’s, comes in a wood grain finish that really stands out among more modern-looking gadgets, but also comes in a variety of colours.

The Model One BT Bluetooth may not be everyone’s idea of a music centrepiece, but it’s small size makes it an ideal radio for the bedroom or kitchen. It weighs just under 2kg, and measures 21.7cm wide, and 12cm high, so it can always be moved around with ease.

Chunky dials and simplified settings make using it as easy as turning a knob or two, further adding to the retro feel. The Tivoli Audio Model One BT Bluetooth also has a record feature, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for private bedside listening. Using Bluetooth, it can remember up to eight paired devices such as wireless headphones and MP3 players and smartphones.

The Tivoli Audio Model One BT Bluetooth will be on sale this September, fromTivoli Audio’s website, and select retailers for £199. Are it’s retro-stylings your cuppa?
