Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is the latest game in the popular fighting series. For those waiting on more character news, here it is. Four new characters have been confirmed for the bulging roster, featuring some familiar favourites including Forrest Law and a boxing dinosaur named Alex.

A new trailer from publisher Namco Bandai has confirmed the addition of characters boxing dino’ Alex, martial artist Forrest Law, robotic pugilist Prototype Jack and the disco-dancing-afro-wearing fighter Tiger Jackson.

Like each of the characters already confirmed, the four come with their own unique fighting style, which you can see in action in the trailer posted at the link below.

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 arrives in stores in September 2012, with a character roster that exceeds over 50 fighters – the largest in any Tekken game yet. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 includes all the usual fight modes, including the addition of new stages, and a Fight Lab mode that lets players customise a fighter’s appearance and moves.

Tekken fans can also look forward to new tag combos and online features yet to be revealed. Rapper Snoop Dogg will also be making an appearance as a non-playable character in his own stage, and supplying a new song for the Tekken Tag Tournament 2 soundtrack.

Will you be picking up Tekken Tag Tournament 2? Or are you more of a Street Fighter or Soul Calibur fan?
