Spotify music streaming hits Samsung TVs!
Spotify, the all you can stream music service, has arrived on yet another gadget today: your telly. If you’ve got a Samsung smart TV, you’ll be able to pipe details right into the living room and home theatre sound system: read on for all the details.
If you’ve got a Samsung Series 8 or Series 7 Smart TV, you’ll now find a Spotify app available to download, with complete access to more than 18 million songs in the start-up’s online library. Other Samsung smart TVs will get the app, especially designed for use with a remote control, later this month.

The usual caveat applies with Spotify on anything but a computer: you’ll need to be a Premium subscriber to use Spotify on a Samsung smart TV. That’s £9.99 per month, but the pair have teamed up to give owners one free month through a sign-up link here, although the link doesn’t seem to be live just yet. You’re welcome!
