Samsung slims down the Tocco

Samsung slims down the Tocco The Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition: pushing the envelope and fitting in one!

Remember the Samsung Tocco? Well, this is the company’s update for 2009, imaginatively named the Tocco Ultra Edition, and it’s altogether slimmer and more sexy than the original mobile phone.

So what do you get? Firstly, there’s a slide-out keyboard, which is complemented by the 2.8-inch princely touchscreen for you to get all handsy with. Samsung has also kitted it out with a great eight-megapixel camera with Dual Power LED, autofocus and face detection, so you can take snaps of your mates lauding it up down the pub, then upload them to your fave social networking site.

Samsung’s also stuffed GPS capabilities in the 12.7mm-slim body so you’ll never get lost in Croydon again, HSDPA for double-quick web-browsing, DivX and XviD support, and 16GB of storage via SD card. Throw in a bit of Bluetooth and you have a recipe for a delicious touchscreen blower.

So when is Samsung planning to let this little ripper loose on us? How does April this year sound? You like that? Good, because that’s when it’s coming!
