Samsung Galaxy Note 2 UK launch date revealed!
The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 was the star of the show at the IFA gadget expo at the start of the month, thanks to its enormous HD screen, turbo charged specs and cutting edge Android 4.1 software. Been itching to get two hands around this beast phone? We’ve now got word of the launch date for you – and it’s soon.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 2, otherwise known as the largest phone in the universe, will go on sale on 1 October, at mobile networks, Carphone Warehouse, Phones4U and through Samsung’s Westfield Stratford store in London.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 packs in a lot under its 5.5-inch, 720p HD screen, including a 1.6GHz quad-core processor, eight megapixel camera and up to 64GB of storage you can expand with a memory card. Oh, and its own stylus.
What’s not known yet is the price: the older version will still set you back £350 SIM-free online, and given the new kit in this version, we’d expect the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 to cost as much as an iPhone 5.
Will that put you off? Let’s hear your views on Samsung’s new super phone in the comments.

Battery life is the only thing that would put me off.

The battery life was quite good on the original! I think the battery could be even better with part 2!

Love the note. Cant wait to get the note 2. Battery is better than an iphone and you can always get a spare which is cheap enough.
