PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale: New characters, new levels leaked
Sony is planning to kick Mario Smash Bros’ butt with its own mascot mauler, as PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale pits PlayStation’s most-loved characters in a ring, and eggs them on into a bloody mess.
Uncharted’s Nathan Drake, Tekken’s Heihachi & Parappa the Rapper are just some of the fighters confirmed. Now more have leaked, including a stage from famous shooter BioShock.
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale: Tekken’s Heihachi confirmed
To date, the growing roster for Sony’s new fighter is already looking impressive. Now new fighters including sword wielding Dante from Devil May Cry, Evil Cole from inFamous and the bionic Raiden from Metal Gear Solid appear to have been leaked (as reported by Eurogamer), after being uncovered by a number of forum users.
The details were found in files, which also confirm a number of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale’s features. These include the usual Arcade Modes and Solo Play modes and multiplayer modes such as King of the Hill and Capture the Flag, while some include Challenge Trials (presumably for each character), leaderboards, and what look like lots of customisation options and collectible items.
Taking into account the list of leaked characters, the roster will include fighters such as Big Daddy (BioShock), Dante (Devil May Cry), Jak (Jak & Daxter), Evil Cole (inFamous), Raiden (Metal Gear Solid), Sackboy (LittleBigPlanet), Heihachi (Tekken), Nathan Drake (Uncharted), Nariko (Heavenly Sword) and many more. Stages from the game will be based on levels from inFamous, the upcoming BioShock Infinite, God of War, Killzone, Uncharted, and Ratchet & Clank to name just a few.
Sony has still to confirm the latest leak, so until then, we open the floor up to you. Which other characters would you like to see enter the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale ring?
