Play Resident Evil 6 today: exclusive Xbox 360 demo for Dragon’s Dogma players

Resident Evil 6 doesn’t arrive in stores until October 2nd 2012, but if you own a copy of Dragon’s Dogma, you can play it right now. The demo features three missions from each of the game’s protagonists showcasing their different styles of play. Here’s why you must play it now.

Each mission will show off the different playing styles of characters Leon S. Kennedy, Chris Redfield an Wesker’s son Jake Muller in locations set in North America, Europe and China.

Resident Evil 6 details revealed!

Leon S. Kennedy’s mission sees the familiar Resi’ man team up with Helena Harper to explore the eerie, zombie-filled corridors of the Ivy University campus.

Side with Chris Redfield and you’ll be heading to China to take on the deadly, mutant ‘J’avo’ with colleague Piers Nivans on the rooftops of China’s Lanshiang.

In Muller’s mission players will team up with Resident Evil 2’s Sherry Berkin in an effort to escape the scary attentions of the terrifying ‘Ustanak,’ says Capcom.

The Resident Evil 6 demo is available to download now from Xbox live for owners of the Xbox 360 version of Dragon’s Dogma. Simply look out for the demo and follow the instructions. For PS3 owners, the demo will land on the PlayStation Network on September 5th.

The full Resident Evil 6 game arrives in stores on October 2nd 2012, featuring intertwining stories spread across multiple locations across the world in both solo and two-player modes, as a new C-virus turns people into monsters.

A new Character Skills system will let upgrade their character’s attributes for faster reloads, increased firepower and more health to aid them in a new Resident Evil 6 adventure.
