New MSI Wind netbook spotted The new MSI Wind U123 - yet another netbook on the way.

MSI has released the specs for its latest Wind netbook, the U123. The laptop features a 10.1-inch display and runs on a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N280 processor.

There is 1GB of RAM, plus hard disk drive options of either 80GB, 120GB or 160GB. Connectivity includes three USB ports, a 4-in-1 card reader and 802.11n Wi-Fi, and there’s the option to add Bluetooth for an extra fee.

An integrated webcam packs 1.3 megapixels, and again this can be upgraded to 2 megapixels if you wish. The operating system is Windows XP Home.

The U123 weighs a kilogram, measures up at 260×180 x 20mm and will be launched in Japan on 11th April, priced at the equivalent of £350. A UK release date and price is yet to be confirmed.
