LG Android super phone out next week!
Two weeks ago, we got word of an upcoming LG Android smartphone with specs so obscene, they’d make the Samsung Galaxy S3 blush. Now it appears LG is readying to launch this beast phone in the West as soon as next week.
LG has invited US journalists to an event on the morning of Wednesday 19 September, promising them the possibility of living “without boundaries”. A prominent lightning bolt through the design outlines a silhouette of a large touchscreen phone.
LG Optimus G: Samsung Galaxy S3 killer unleashed?
So what is this mysterious LG smartphone? It’s quite likely to be the LG Optimus G, a 4.7-inch Android 4.0 phone with a massive 2GB of memory for smooth multi-tasking, and Qualcomm’s next generation Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor for insane speed. It was announced in South Korea last month, but we’ve yet to hear about a release in America or Europe. Hopefully that’s about to change – in days.
Is an LG Android super phone just what the doctor ordered? Will it even get a look in next to the iPhone 5? Let’s hear your thoughts in the comments below!
