HTC Sensation XE is HTC's first Beats Audio smartphone!
The Sensation XE is the latest Android smartphone from HTC, offering a 4.3-inch touchscreen display and speakers made by Beats Audio. With other features including a 1.5GHz processor, it has Samsung’s Galaxy S II firmly in its sights.
We’ve already seen rumours of HTC smartphones with Beats Audio branding, but the HTC Sensation XE is the first handset to come to fruition. A reworked version of the regular Sensation, the XE gets a number of new features.
Although it doesn’t look like there’s anything special about the Sensation XE when it comes to storage space, you will be able to pick between versions with 8GB and 16GB microSD cards – enough for hundreds of your favourite albums.
The Beats Audio partnership sees an attractive and distinctive black and red design, and the changes aren’t just skin deep. There’s a new and faster 1.5GHz dual-core processor, and a higher capacity battery means you should be able to get more time between charges. Rounding off the changes is a more impressive pair of Beats-branded in-ear headphones are also bundled with the handset.
Set to hit the shops in September, prices for the HTC Sensation XE have yet to be announced.

looking forward to hearing the sound quality on the XE especially with the custom made Beats Audio headphones, with HD recording as well this should really be a dynamic handset for the truly creative types. Battery life looks good too! Buy HTC Sensation XE

lol its just a normal sensation with: a non-underclocked processor; a bigger battery; beats audio enabled and a red and black cover, i have all of this apart from the beats logo on my regular sensation so im not sure how much of an upgrade it really is :p

I've just swapped my Samsung Galaxy SII (as it kept overheating) for the HTC Sensation XE and have to say I think it is a far better phone, although the Samsung interface is simpler to use.
