HTC One X+ arrives, 4G unleashed and the iPad Mini incoming: Gadget Digest

It’s been another hectic week full of tech news from every sector, but if you’ve been too busy to keep an eye on it all, never fear: we’ve plucked out all the biggest stories for you to gawp at right here. Read on for your gadget digest!

HTC One X+ revealed

The HTC One X+ made its debut this week, six months after HTC first stormed back on the scene with the One series of Android smartphones. Though it’s packing the same slick design as the original One X, it boasts much beefier specs inside, and the latest version of Android – check out our hands on with it right here.

Samsung Galaxy Note 2

Samsung’s humongous tablet phone thing went on sale this week, dwarfing the competition with its 5.5-inch HD screen. We’ve got a full review of it coming up later today, but in the meantime, check out the best prices for it we’ve found, whatever your mobile needs.

4G put to the test

EE made headlines this week when it revealed its plans for 4G. The super fast network goes live at the end of the month, but the first 4G ready phones for it are already on sale. iPad Mini incoming!

Those tiny Apple tablet rumours are really starting to ramp up. Now another reliable source has confirmed that the iPad Mini has already begun production, and you may be able to buy it as soon as this month – that is unless Microsoft’s Surface tablet gets there first!
