HTC One X+ Android super phone on sale early!
The HTC One X+ has been a little overlooked in between the iPhone 5 and all the 4G-ready phones slipping onto shop shelves at the moment, but if you’re after what might just be the greatest Android phone yet, we’ve got good news for you. The first stockists will have the souped up smartphone next week – read on for the details.
We weren’t expecting the HTC One X+ to go on sale until mid-November, but online phone peddler Expansys will have the smartie in stock from 31 October – a week tomorrow. If you’re prepared to shell out £494.99 for the 64GB smartphone. That’s almost a week ahead of Amazon.co.uk’s 5 November release date.
How to get the new Android update now
If you didn’t catch our preview of the HTC One X+ earlier this month, it’s a matte black version of the stunning One X released earlier this year. It’s packing a bigger battery, beefier storage and faster processor, as well as Android 4.1 “Jelly Bean” with some clever new features exclusive to HTC, including a “tourist” mode that lets you keep the camera on but the screen off.
We’ll be sure to bring you a full review of the HTC One X+ as soon as we land one for ourselves, but in the meantime, tell us in the comments: would you go for the HTC One XL because of 4G instead?
