Honda updates the unicycle
Unicycle? Maybe you need to cycle, but we've cycled already!
Clowns and people that like to travel in weird and wonderful ways are set to rejoice. Why? Because Honda has unveiled the brand new U3-X self-balancing unicycle!
What’s so special about a unicycle? Well the Honda U3-X’s wheel is actually made up of several small wheels (does that make the name “unicycle” redundant?) which can rotate independently so the dvice can go forward, backward, side to side and diagonally. Try that on a traditional unicycle!
The U3-X is still an experimental model. But so far it can get an hours battery from a charge, has a seat, a foot rest and weighs about 10kg. Now what really we want to see is Honda’s ASIMO robot riding one of these bad boys. We’d pay good money for that…

Why are we constantly being bombarded with technology that says "why exercise, when technology means you don't have to?". I think our fascination with lazy tech is just a non stop insult to the disabled, who would love to have an able persons mobility!
