Google Nexus 7 official cover and dock accessories leaked
Owners of the new Google Nexus 7 will soon be able to purchase new accessories for the Android tablet. Two new official accessories have leaked online, revealing an ‘Asus Premium Cover’, and a ‘Nexus Dock’ charger that doubles up as a nicely angled viewing platform for watching movies.

Among the first Google Nexus 7 accessories to be leaked is the Asus Premium Cover. Reports confirm that the Premium Cover will come in four colours, and be similar to Apple’s iPad Smart Cover – completely wrapping the Nexus 7 to offer protection from the grazes and scuffs that inevitably come with occasional use.
Made from reinforced glass fiber, with a leather and rubber front, the leaked description says the Asus Premium Cover will provide a snug fit that makes the Nexus 7 more portable. A price tag of $40 (£25) has been listed.
Second of the leaked accessories is the Nexus Dock. The dock sits the Nexus 7 at an angle suited for better movie and photo viewing, and should come in handy for those planning to have the tablet double up as a tablet desktop.
Around the back, there’s a Micro USB connector for charging the device, and a 3.5mm port for plugging in a decent pair of speakers for a better audio experience for when watching any movies downloaded from Google Play. The Nexus Dock has been tagged at $50 (around £32).
The Nexus Dock and Premium Cover have an estimated launch date of 24th and 31st August respectively. Google has yet to officially confirm those dates, but confirmation from Nordic Hardware (and caught by other news outlets such as Droid Life), which has since been removed, suggests the leak to be the real deal.

I've a nexus 7 so I could be up for some accessories. I don't think I'll be put of buying nexus 7 accessories because for the possibility of a mini iPad?!!!!! The question should be, do you want a nexus 7 or mini ipad.
