Bad Piggies: Angry Birds sequel hits iPhone and Android today!
Bad Piggies, the next game from the geniuses behind Angry Birds, has launched this morning on iPhone and Android smartphones, and Mac computers. But what’s it all about? And can the dastardly piggies ever replace their winged nemeses in our hearts?
Head over to the App Store or Google Play today (69p on iOS, free with ads on Android – Windows and Windows Phone versions are on the way shortly) and you can download Bad Piggies, Rovio’s next game, and the first since Angry Birds Space to be set in the universe of catapulting birds.
Bad Piggies however, is slightly different. Here the goal isn’t to make away with eggs: it’s to get your snuffling characters across a level by constructing a vehicle to make it over the bumpy terrain, or propelling the pigs with parts. You’ve only got limited parts to work with (though, yes, you can buy a mechanic to solve a level for you).
There are 90 charming levels to unlock in Bad Piggies, and they’re by no means easy: if you breezed through the first Angry Bird games, you may still struggle here. Bad Piggies is available for download now; let us know what you make of it in the comments.
