Apple's one last thing: The new iPad fourth generation
We all knew that the iPad Mini was coming today, but what we weren’t expecting was for Apple to so thoroughly overhaul its bigger 9.7-inch iPad just six months after its launch. Yet that’s exactly what it’s done, so if you can tear your eyes away from the Mini for just a moment, we’ll show you why the gadget on the top of your Christmas list this year still isn’t a dead cert.

So it's faster and has 4G? Is that it? Some launch that must have been, if that's all they have to offer then I'm sticking to my "New IPad" it's fast enough as it is.

I'm not sure about this I think its a bit of a cheek I've got an ipad 3 and if its just a small change there shouldn't be much to worry about having an ipad3.

What a shame it doesn't have a true GPS reciever for Geotagging photos, SatNav, and Virtual Augmentation, USB 2 or 3, IR transmission for remote control, or a keyboard cover.

i bought the first ipad missed the second bought the 3rd based on the comments that it was worth the upgrade from a 1 but not a 2 and within a heartbeat they bring out the 4th i'm starting to feel a tadge ripped off by apple sorry i think my last iphone the 4s was a better phone than my current iphone5, lion was not a good os and maps is poor apple looks like its peeked the big thing going for it is its build quality gone seem to be the days of amazing attention to detail the birth of totally new product lines. In seems to be the revamping of existing product lines to the point rendering current models obsolete in 5 years take a first generation 8 gig iphone into an apple store and be looked at like some kind of tight arse
