5 reasons to buy the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime

The Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime is the latest on the block of next generation computers combining the portability and ease of use of a touchscreen tablet with the skills of a laptop. And not to mention some super specs. The 10-inch tablet not in stores yet, but here five reasons why you should be first in line for the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime.

Super specs Tablet computers are all rage these days. Not only are they more portable than laptops, they have specs to compete with them too. The Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime for example comes with an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad core processor. That means applications, games and other apps will run fast and smooth. A HDMI port also means that any videos you have stored on the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime can be shared with a high definition television. An SD card slot will also let you share and upload photos taken from a camera quickly and easily, without having to purchase a separate adapter.

It transforms into a laptop It’s not called the Asus Eee Pad Transformer for nothing. The full package includes a keyboard dock, that when attached, transforms the tablet into a laptop, which should make tapping out those emails and work documents a whole lot easier.

Who wants ice cream? Android Ice Cream Sandwich is the name of the latest Google Android operating system (OS) that will soon be running on the very latest Android tablets, including the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime. The latest OS features new shortcuts, menus and tools to make browsing and task managing on tablet computers easier than ever before. Using the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime will be dead easy – the way it should be.

Game on! Because the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime is an Android device, users will have access to the thousands of free and cheap Android Market applications and games already available. There are plenty of great ones around. And if you love games, gaming on Android devices is only getting better.

An incredible battery life The Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime being a tablet, you’d probably wish to take it out and about. The great news is that its 14.5 hour battery life should be more than plenty to get you through the day. The benefit being you’ll rarely ever need to charge the Transformer Prime more than once every day and a half if constantly used.

Macbook Pro maybe, but if it's cheaper than the Macbook Pro then it's a win win, looks like a Macbook, performs well but at a much lower price *thumbs up*

i have the EEE Transformer. it is amazing due to the functionality of removing the keyboard to have a tablet and adding it for a netbook. Nothing like the macbook pro and has a lot more battery life
