Robots Vs Man: The War of the Robots!

Robots have been taking over the world on The Gadget Show recently, with the guys looking at the latest robots and even building their own in our War of the Robots piece.

Pollyanna and Suzi have been looking at the best robots from all over the world, including some serious weaponry. Combined with some of the most advanced technology available, it makes for robots that can take over the world!

The robots the guys have been playing with are amazingly capable – they can knock over breeze blocks, they can even pull cars along, not to mention the ability to fit guns and become proper weapons.

You definitely wouldn’t want to meet these beasts out in the open, as they’re even capable of carrying full-sized assault rifles. Ideas for The Gadget Show’s own robots included tanks, helicopters and more, and it wasn’t long before they were turned from concept to reality, capable of taking on a bunch of blokes in a field.

Taking part in a game of paintball is no mean feat, so The Gadget Show robots included a former bomb disposal unit – equipped with a huge big gun – and a mini helicopter complete with gun, gyroscopes for stability, and laser sightings.
